I spent Christmas Eve with my my mother, sister and brother. This time we had dinner at my place, in the heart of Zurich. We prepared a finnish meal, we do that every year, since my mother is original finnish. Roast pork, several casseroles, for example one with mashed carrots and rice and one with “kohlrabi”. Besides potatos, peas, pickled herring and several salads and for dessert sweets like gingerbread and licorice.
I decorated the whole room with candels, golden bells and red ribbon.
