Xmas diner at UIO, Ecuador

In Ecuador, particularly where I live at the capital Quito diner consists on roasted turkey, pork. The garnish usually is yellow rice, many kinds of salads, some baked potatoes and some been salad. For drink, well that’s easy! Soda and Wine, perhaps later on some  jack Daniel’s with soda. And desert tends to be chocolate cake, ice cream and some fruits. Here goes a series of photos I took on the Xmas diner on the 25th December 2009.

These meals rarely are healthy but no one could complain about the fantastic moment the Xmas diner is.
